Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

   Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

   You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made on our website. In the case of an incomplete or false billing address or phone number, your order may be cancelled without refund.

   Order Cancellation & Limitation of Quantities

   We make every effort to fulfil orders promptly, but in specific circumstances we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Situations that may result in cancellation include limits on availability, inaccuracies or errors in service or pricing information, problems identified by our payment gateway, or the absence of the customer at the delivery location. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, including orders placed under the same e-mail address or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number provided at the time of the order. Amounts for cancelled or modified prepaid orders will be adjusted through UPI, bank transfer or wallet. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, and to limit our liability to the cost of the purchase made, if found genuine.

   Comments, Feedback & Other Submissions

   If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions, ratings or testimonials — or if, without a request from us, you send comments, suggestions or other materials by e-mail, post or otherwise — you agree that we may at any time and without restriction edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use those comments in any medium. We are under no obligation to keep any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to them. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. Prices, services and related offerings may change at any time, without prior notice, at our own discretion. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification or suspension of a service.

   This website contains material which is owned by, or licensed to, us. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from this website belonging to Dietitian Amreen without obtaining authorisation from her.
